This is just so frustrating. Last week, I went home expecting good internet connection for the weekend. In ended up with all the expecting - no internet and no DSL link. There, even the telephone line is cut. We had been paying our bill promptly, and this happens.
Frustration extends this weekend! :'( However, we have our telephone back, just no internet. For the mean time, using my Smart Bro plug n play internet. Its a pretty decent speed (check speed test below) but I get disconnected randomly, but will reconnect after restarting the connection. Just 10 pesos every 30 minute window, so all is good, disconnect-reconnect does not hurt my pocket. Hmmm... just a band aid to my frustration, thought Globe is good with handling customers' concerns. >.<
